What time does UNTOLD Dubai begin and finish?
Get ready for an unforgettable experience from 4:00 PM until 5:00 AM.

Is there a minimum age to attend UNTOLD Dubai?
There is not. Everyone is welcome at UNTOLD Dubai, regardless of age.
However, access under 21 years old in the VIP area is strictly prohibited.
Children aged 7 and above will be required to possess a valid purchased ticket.
If I am a minor, do I need to be accompanied by a parent or a responsible adult?
Minors under the age of 16 must present parental consent and be accompanied by a parent/guardian while on the festival grounds.
Minors between 16 and 18 years old must present only parental consent, allowing them to enter the festival without a parent/guardian present.
Those aged 18 and above can enter without the parental consent and parent/guardian.
All minors under 21 will receive a Minor Wristband.
Will alcoholic beverages be available?
Yes, alcoholic beverages can be acquired inside UNTOLD Dubai, but only from the dedicated licensed refreshment points. These refreshment points will be marked accordingly and be used exclusively for the sale of alcohol.
Is there a dress code for UNTOLD Dubai?
There is no specific dress code required for UNTOLD Dubai. Make sure to bring your best outfits.

Day tickets - how long are they valid for?
Day tickets are valid for an entire festival day, from 4 PM to 5 AM.
Last admission at 3 AM.
Can I buy tickets for my friends?
Of course! You can buy up to 3 tickets per order, but you can place multiple orders if needed.
How can I change the name on the tickets?
You will be able to do so through the Online Check-in procedure.
I need to do my Online Check-in to enter the festival?
Yes, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to complete your online check-in for free. After these 30 days, the online check-in costs 100 AED. To check in on-site, a fee of 140 AED applies and is paid at the ticketing point.
What is included in the VIP Mainstage & ZAMNA pass?
Access to the VIP Mainstage Platform and VIP ZAMNA Platform.

If I have a VIP Mainstage & ZAMNA Pass, can I go to the General Access Area?
Absolutely! VIP Maisntage Ticket holders have access to General Access Areas.
How can I get my UNTOLD Dubai Wristband?
To get your festival wristband, you will have to present a valid ticket and your ID or passport in hard copy. You can collect your wristband from Thursday to Sunday at the two access gates, between 4:00 PM and 2:00 AM.
Do I need to bring my ID/passport?
Yes, you must have a hard(physical) copy of your ID or Passport to collect your wristband.
Do I need to print out my ticket?
No, you do not need to print out the ticket/QR Code.
Can I purchase a ticket at the venue?
You will be able to do so only if tickets are not sold out by then.
How can I pay within the event?
Your festival wristband is your wallet throughout the whole event. Make sure to top it up, as soon as you get to the festival grounds. There are multiple Credit Points on site. We accept cash and bank cards.
Can I give my wristband to someone else if I won’t be able to come for one day?
No, your festival wristband is personalized with your personal data. Each time you enter the festival, your wristband is scanned, and we confirm that the data on your wristband correspond with your data.
What items am I not allowed to bring to the festival?
